12. SMS Terms and Conditions

12.1 Program Description When you opt-in, you will receive SMS/MMS messages related to Vinti AI services, including responses to inquiries, updates, pricing details, and confirmations for appointments.

12.2 Message Frequency The number of messages you receive will vary based on the nature of communication.

12.3 Opt-Out Option You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the relevant number. Once you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS, and further messages will cease. To restart, reply “START.”

12.4 Help If you are experiencing issues, reply “HELP,” or contact our support team through our website or in-app chat function.

12.5 Carrier Liability Mobile carriers, such as AT&T, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

12.6 Costs Message and data rates may apply for all messages exchanged. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your mobile carrier.
